1. General Principles

2030Rx and its affiliates ("we") have established this privacy policy to comply with regulations and with the highest possible standards for safeguarding information security and privacy. This privacy policy governs the use of any information you provide to us through the 2030Rx website or by using the 2030Rx job-finding and job-placement service ("2030Rx"). The privacy policy also describes how we will use such information and the limited circumstances in which such information may be disclosed.

Your information will be stored on computers located in Beijing, People’s Republic of China and may be subject to regulation under the laws of that country.

2. Notification of Changes

If we decide to change this privacy policy, we will post the amended policy prominently on our website so you may review such changes. 3. What information we collect

3.1 We collect all relevant information pertaining to the recruitment process, including those supplied by recruiter companies, job applicants and candidates registering on the site of 2030Rx.

3.2 Transaction Information

To help prevent fraud, and to provide you with high-quality services, we retain the following information:

1. information about every transaction you conduct through 2030Rx
2. IP address of whatever device you use to access your 2030Rx account.

3.3 Information Collected from Third Parties

We may obtain information about you from third parties to prevent potential fraud or other illegal activities. 3. We disclose information in response to a subpoena, warrant, court order, levy, attachment, order of a court-appointed receiver or other comparable legal process, including subpoenas from private parties in a civil action.
4. We disclose information that we are required to disclose by applicable law, treaty, or fraud-prevention and reporting regulations of networks in which we participate to disclose.
